Japantone（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）是一款由 Ace Studio 開發的日文五十音學習與自測應用程式。我們非常重視您的隱私，並致力於保護您的個人資料。本隱私權政策旨在說明我們如何處理您在使用本應用程式時的相關資訊。

1. 資訊收集與使用

本應用程式是一部「單機運行、無後台伺服器」的應用程式。我們不會收集、儲存、傳輸或分享您的任何個人識別資料（Personal Identifiable Information）。

• 本機資料儲存 (UserDefaults)： 為了提供核心功能，本應用程式會在您的裝置本地（Local Storage）儲存您的「自選字母狀態」以及「學習筆記（Study Notes）」。這些資料完全儲存在您自己的手機內，我們無法讀取，亦不會上傳至任何外部伺服器。
• 語音合成 (TTS)： 本應用程式調用 iOS 內建的語音合成引擎（AVSpeechSynthesizer）進行發音，所有發音處理均在您的本機裝置上進行，無需連接互聯網。

2. 第三方服務與廣告

本應用程式（Sprint 1 MVP 版本）不包含 any 廣告、不使用 any 第三方分析追蹤工具（例如 Google Analytics 或 Firebase），亦不與 any 第三方分享數據。

3. 兒童隱私

由於我們不收集 any 資訊，本應用程式對 any 年齡段（包括13歲以下兒童）的用戶都是100%安全的，不會收集兒童的 any 隱私。

Japantone ("the App") is a Japanese Hiragana and Katakana study and quiz application developed by Ace Studio. We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App is a local-first application with no backend servers. We DO NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any of your Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

• Local Storage (UserDefaults): To provide our core services, the App stores your "selected character states" and "custom study notes" locally on your device. This data remains on your physical device at all times. We have no access to this data and do not upload it to any external servers.
• Text-to-Speech (TTS): The App utilizes the native iOS speech synthesis engine (AVSpeechSynthesizer) for Japanese pronunciation. All audio processing is handled directly on your local device offline.

2. Third-Party Services and Ads

The App (Sprint 1 MVP) does not contain any advertisements, does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), and does not share any data with third parties.

3. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect any personal information, our App is 100% safe for users of all age groups, including children under the age of 13.
